Using The Recording
The recording is very easy to download onto your computer or phone, where it can be played directly or via a bluetooth speaker (please see our Sloth Speaker).
It can be used with a Tonies Player or Yoto player too.
Otherwise it can simply be downloaded onto an MP3 player with speakers.

This is an A6, 50 page Notepad created to help with a positive bedtime routine. This is a wonderful mindfulness exercise to help them recognise what has been good, reflect and be in a positive mind set, as they fall asleep.

Top Tips for Best Results
- Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Ensure the microwave turntable is working properly and the wheat bag rotates freely to ensure even temperature distribution.
- Place a glass or small container of water in the microwave with your wheat bag to help keep it moist and prevent the wheat grains drying, which will reduce the risk of charring.
- Do NOT immerse in water or wash in the washing machine - surface clean only with a damp sponge.

- DO NOT fully reheat a wheat bag until it has completely cooled (this could take up to 2 hours).
