The initial consultation will take about 45-minutes, in person at my therapy room in Bradford-on-Avon or via goole meet.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy - £50

These sessions are a combination of solution focused therapy and hypnotherapy. 50-60 minutes.

Hypno Menopause - £50

Combination of CBT, NLP and Solution Focused techniques combined with hypnosis. 50-60 minutes

Phobia - £50

Following our initial consultation and discussions on how you would like to progress we will work through your phobia with relaxation, rewind and reframe sessions, generally 3 to 4 sessions are needed.
