I really enjoyed these weekly sessions and felt it was a little bit of time for myself. I particularly liked the 'miracle question', which really made me reconsider my choices in life and start actually doing something positive for myself rather than just 'wishing' things were different. I also enjoyed the hypnotherapy sessions, found them really relaxing and in fact I still use them regularly to get to sleep. Nicki's method of hypnotherapy was not what I expected - I think I expected a quick fix 'you will no longer overeat' etc but actually her method has much longer term benefits and I would recommend a series of sessions for everyone.
